1. Introduction
Welcome to DRC Consulting & Training. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the provision of our professional services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services in Cyprus and across the European Union.
2. Services
DRC Consulting & Training provides specialized business solutions, including but not limited to:
• Strategic and Compliance Consulting
• Workplace Safety (Health & Safety) management and advisory
• GDPR implementation and data protection auditing
• ISO certification support (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, etc.)
• Occupational Risk Assessments and safety audits
• Professional Training programs, including HRDA-subsidized courses
All services are delivered by qualified professionals in accordance with current industry standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the quality and accuracy of our services, clients are responsible for providing all necessary, accurate, and up-to-date information relevant to the project or training. Clients must cooperate with our consultants and trainers, ensuring access to physical sites for assessments when required and facilitating communication with relevant staff members. Failure to provide accurate information may compromise the validity of assessments and reports.
4. Quotations, Fees and Payments
Consulting services are invoiced according to the agreed proposal and payment terms. For HRDA-subsidized training programs, invoices are issued upon successful completion of the training program. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date and is subject to applicable HRDA procedures and documentation requirements.
5. Training Bookings and Attendance
Registration for training courses is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment (or HRDA approval). To receive a certificate of attendance, participants must attend at least 75% of the total course duration. Participants are expected to behave professionally; we reserve the right to exclude any individual whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Consulting projects: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date may incur a 25% administrative fee. Training programs: Cancellations made less than 5 working days before the course start are non-refundable. If DRC Consulting & Training cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered. HRDA-subsidized courses are subject to specific HRDA cancellation rules and documentation requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, course content, digital files, templates, reports, and methodologies provided by DRC Consulting & Training remain our exclusive intellectual property. We grant the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their internal business purposes. Modification, reproduction, or distribution to third parties without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
Both DRC Consulting & Training and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive business, technical, or financial information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement. Disclosure is only permitted when required by law or when expressly authorized in writing by the other party.
9. Limitation of Liability
DRC Consulting & Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on any training or reports provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service from which the claim arose. We do not guarantee specific business results, ISO certification, or legal outcomes, as these are dependent on independent auditing bodies and client implementation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and relevant European Union directives. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
11. Changes to Terms
DRC Consulting & Training reserves the right to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit. Clients and website visitors are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they are aware of any updates. Continued use of site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
